He has directed the growth of VeraData to become a leading decision science firm, organized around a core of deep analytics and artificial-intelligence expertise, with one of the industry’s most innovative predictive/prescriptive modeling engines.
Matt Kaiser

Matt has over 20 years of industry experience and brings a wide range of direct marketing knowledge and insight to our clients. As COO of VeraData, Matt is passionate about developing and implementing cutting-edge marketing technology solutions and creating best of class direct marketing strategies for clients to acquire, retain and grow their customer and donor bases. Matt and his teams deploy Predictive and Prescriptive Analytics that routinely astound our clients.
Dina Fanelli

Dina is a 27+ year veteran of non-profit fundraising and often shares her expertise speaking and presenting at industry events. Her professional background includes data-driven fundraising solutions for multi-channel marketing campaigns. Throughout her career, she has had the privilege of assisting some of the largest charitable organizations raise hundreds of millions of dollars in support of their fundraising efforts. Since joining VeraData as an Executive Vice President, Dina has been responsible for new business development in the non-profit division. She cultivates and strengthens relationships with our largest accounts while also providing strategy, insight, and training to the Client Services team.
Todd Schulte

Todd brings to Veradata more than 30+ years of direct marketing experience from both the online and offline industries. He has focused specifically on A.I. marketing to enhance performance across all channels. Todd believes that the next chapter in direct marketing is not about simple segmentation but utilizing machine learning for audience engagement based on wholistic cross channel insight

Missy applies her 25+ years of experience to produce efficiencies and results for VeraData's clients. Thriving on data driven business decisions and client success, she has covered client services in list sourcing, direct marketing, and product management for a range of national for profit and nonprofit clientele. 
Missy lives in Florida and gets out on the water frequently to enjoy the splendor of the 10,000 islands and gulf.

Lori brings 24+ years of nonprofit fundraising experience with an expertise in data driven strategies to your fundraising programs. Proficiency in multiple areas of fundraising including direct marketing, mid-level giving, major gifts, capital campaigns, telemarketing, planned giving, events, and donor stewardship. She has worked with a wide range of nonprofit organizations to guide the data side of the program and to ensure that the strategy (offer, timing, creative, etc) pairs with the target audience. Having sat on both sides of the table, client and consultant, she provides a balanced perspective.

At agency holding companies (Razorfish, Merkle, Performics, and Zimmerman Advertising), Malavia helped enterprise clients achieve goals across a range of business objectives including ROI, branding/awareness, lead generation, and reputation management. Malavia is a Certified across major ad buying platforms and has a strong interest in emerging media
Bob Stein
director, List Management
Bob is a 32+ year veteran of direct mail, having spent over 25 years in the non-profit sector. His professional background has always included sales-driven List Management strategies. Throughout his career, he has written articles for the trade publications and moderated panels at local trade shows. Prior to joining VeraData, Bob had worked in list management in the fundraising marketplace, as well as the consumer side, both in catalog and publishing. Most recently Bob had applied his direct mail skills to the digital sector, optimizing list rental income to online sourced data. Upon joining VeraData, Bob got back to his roots in the non-profit division where he continues to optimize list rental revenue streams and leverage exchanges to create the most comprehensive marketing strategies for our List Management clients.
